崗位職責：1.處理學員投訴，疏導客戶情緒，負責投訴單后續問題跟進解決，提升客用滿意度；2.維護客戶關系，妥善處理不滿意客戶的訴求；3.跟進投訴處理進度及監督結果反饋4.建立校區客訴及服務體系與標準；5.日常客訴數據的分析和反饋，優化客訴流程。任職要求1.全日制本科及以上學歷，客戶關系等相關專業優先；2.3年以上學員工作經驗；再好未來，新東方工作過優先。3.抗壓力強，做事認真細心，樂觀開朗，有很好的責任心。4.熟悉各種辦公設備，熟練使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等日常辦公軟件；
