工作職責1.負責校區的日常運營和管理，保持中心良好的工作環境和氛圍；2.負責完成總部制定的團隊月度、季度，年度指標達成；3.負責中心課程顧問，對潛在客戶進行開發、銷售預約及銷售管理，以實現周期及月度銷售目標；4.與學術部配合管理中心教師團隊，完成教學計劃，提升教學質量及客戶滿意度；5.確保校區人員足額，控制離職率。同時通過培訓，指導以及培養中心員工，為公司發展不斷提供優秀人才；6.符合楊梅紅品牌的價值觀的背景下，為客戶和中心員工營造一個公平互助的環境。任職資格1.大學本科及以上學歷，市場營銷/管理類專業優先；2.5年以上工作經驗，其中1年以上銷售及市場營銷工作經驗者優先；3.溝通能力好，具備良好的抗壓能力，有責任感；4.能熟練的電腦操作，excel，word等軟件。
