崗位目標/Purpose of the positionThe Senior Application Engineer & Product Management (Respiratory Protection) is mainly the technical/application expert of respiratory protective equipment portfolio who is responsible for product management based on the 4P principle, supports the Sales Team in technical communications with customers and distributors etc. 主要任務/Main tasksProduct Application Engineering-Provides technical consultation as qualified Gatekeeper for all sales activities -Create sales technical toolbox e.g. application Note, bidding template etc.-Application and knowhow develop and transfer from HQ/APAC other region technical team, delivery internal/ external technical training -Technical support on focus customer/ projectProduct Management-Market insight and competition analysis-Research and consolidate market requirements/ Gov. policy (e.g. Made-in-China), guiding local product development plan-Develop product Vision, Strategy, Roadmap and business plan -Product promotion planning and implementation, incl. route to market-Pricing strategy and market competition monitoring崗位要求/Position requirements學歷/EducationBachelor degree in instrumentation / mechanical / engineering / chemistry / Automation or a comparable combination of education and experience, Master degree is preferred相關工作經驗/Related experience8 – 10 years of experience in fire service & emergency response industry, or in chemical/ petrochemical industry or a major plant of multinational company with related experience. Strong product management, Strategic marketing analysis, presentation and public speaking skill and experience required.專業技能及相關證書Skills, competencies, and / or certifications-專業方面/Professional -行為方面/Behavioral Professional-English in reading, writing and speaking – advanced level (as working language)-MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint – advanced level-Professional skills in product management and Strategic marketing research-Knowledge in Respiratory Protection Technology – advanced levelBehavioral-Cooperate and communicate– advanced level-Think analytically – advanced level-Care about the customer – advanced level-Pay attention to detail – advanced level-Manage conflicts – advanced level
