崗位職責：管理UPS設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制，包括設(shè)計評審、設(shè)計問題審查、設(shè)計交付檢查以及工程變更審查等；執(zhí)行FAI（首件檢驗），包括電氣測試、內(nèi)部質(zhì)量檢查，并向KA客戶提交FAI報告；召開會議討論風險問題，確認問題嚴重性并跟蹤處理狀態(tài)；根據(jù)客戶投訴和關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)問題維護設(shè)計和測試標準；持續(xù)分析現(xiàn)場及應(yīng)用環(huán)境，評估驗證方法以提升設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制流程和工具；檢查其他功能測試報告并在CFR中匯報；檢查工程變更單（CO）的質(zhì)量，確保變更質(zhì)量。崗位要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗精通產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和測試標準，具備質(zhì)量流程的專業(yè)知識
