職位描述1.對機加工設備進行定期維護和日常檢查。 Performing regular maintenance and daily check of the machining equipment.2.負責機加工工裝、刀具、輔具等的管理。 Be responsible for the management of the tooling, cutter and auxiliary tools.3.根據批準的工藝和材料規格對材料和組件進行機加工。 Be responsible for the machining of material and component according to the approved process and material specifications.4.維護機加工工作區域的環境，正確使用機加工設備。 Control 5s of machining work area, operate the machining equipment properly.5.正確使用測量工具對加工的零件進行自檢或互檢，保證零件圖紙中的公差尺寸要求。 Measure the tolerance size of the parts properly， and make the size meeting the requirement of the drawing.6.參與排查和識別生產過程中各種安全隱患并提出建議。 Participate in troubleshooting and identification of various potential safety hazards in production process and give suggestions.7.對機加工學員進行在崗培訓，使其獲得經驗。 Conduct on-the-job training to machining trainees to impact experience.8.服從上級領導安排的其他工作。 Perform the work assigned by the leadership.任職資格：1.大專學歷。 College degree.2. 具備材料及機加工基礎知識。 Basic knowledge of materials and machining.3.3年以上機加工類工作經驗。 More than 3 years working experience in machining field.4.熟悉CAD等制圖軟件。 Familiar with the CAD software.5.英文能力足以閱讀并正確理解手冊的要求。 Capable of reading and correctly understanding product manual in English.
